C is for Cucumber
I do not think that this would pass the supermarket censor and make it to the shelves.
It will however taste SO much better than those insipid, tasteless ones that they sell.

Hi Jim and Barbara. I hope you get this message. sent one a few weeks ago but it didn't get through. Your blog is really great don't think i'll ever reach your high standards. The pictures are stunning. everything looks so tempting and you have really inspired me to make a better effort for next year. I like the way Barbara is even using the courgettes on a fried breakfast!! we had tomatoes today from the greenhouse which for me was a big deal and they definately tasted better. like you say your cucumber might look weird but bet the taste is great. i've put you in my favourites so will be a regular visitor from now. any tips you post will be aprreciated by us beginners. great site - jacqui somewhere down a country lane, sevenoaks.
Hi Jim and Barbara I love visiting your site and catching up. The photos and information are brilliant. I especially love the photo's it inspires me to look at my own allotment a lot closer and notice the details. C is also for "congratulations" regards Debbie

Your cucumber looks great and will taste so much better than any shop bought cucumber. Congratualtions on your harvest!
